Announcement on Defibox BP passing the proposal: MSIG to approve CEX whitelist (EOS EVM)

Hello! According to the previous BP governance statement (link), the multi-sig for EVM smart contract account is set as the following:

MSIG to approve CEX whitelist (EOS EVM)；

Add withdraw addresses to EOS EVM whitelist for the following exchanges: - Binance - Huobi - OKX

Note: Exchanges without a smart contract deployed on their deposit account do not need whitelisting.
