Defibox officially became an EOS top BP on January 10, 2023. Now, we will explain the transfer of decision-making power of bp.defi to Defibox DAO by the executive team and the distribution of BP rewards:

bp.defi governance decision-making power is handed over to Defibox DAO:

The BP governance decision-making power of the BP account (bp.defi) is officially transferred to Defibox DAO, that is, the future BP governance decision will be decided by the Defibox DAO voting on the DIP proposal, and the Defibox community will participate in the EOS ecological decision-making.

Distribution of BP rewards:

At present, the sources of EOS funds in the Defibox smart contract to run for EOS BP are: EOS in the Swap pool, EOS in USN collateral, and EOS deposited in the vault. The BP rewards obtained are distributed according to the proportion of voting shares.

According to "DIP38: About BP Reward Distribution", the BP reward distribution plan is: 30% of the BP rewards are used to solve the long-term cost investment problem of top BP. The Defibox executive team has recently completed the optimization and upgrade of all servers, which are controllable after accounting The cost is about 25%, so the Defibox executive team voluntarily gave up 5% of the BP rewards, which will be allocated to EOS+USDT market-making rewards and vault deposits into EOS rewards.

Therefore, based on "DIP18: USN collateral participates in TAG mining pool voting", "DIP28: The Allocation of Revenue From Swap Contract Liquidity Node Voting Executed", "DIP38: About BP Reward Distribution", "DIP42: Regarding the upgrade plan of the BSS" , the current distribution of Defibox BP rewards is:

• 67.5% of BP rewards are allocated to EOS+USDT market making rewards and vault deposit EOS rewards according to the number of votes

• 7.5% of the BP rewards are used to empower the BSS system

• 25% of BP rewards are used to solve the long-term server operation and maintenance cost of Defibox for BP
