On February 5, 2023, eosasia node (eosasia1111) initiated the eosio.saving fund transfer process change proposal:

Proposal background:
The operating funds of EOS Network Foundation will be multi-signed by supernodes on August 25, 2021, and the eosio.grant account will be restarted to obtain funds. The process is that each eosio.grant account needs to obtain more than 15 supernodes to receive funds from eosio.saving. Signed and agreed; this proposal changed the original manual collection and multi-signature process to automatic distribution; through this contract, EOS Network Foundation will be able to continuously obtain funds and guide funds to important projects or organizations, which will help make EOS a more sustainable ecosystem.
As of now (16:00, February 5, 2023, Singapore time), the proposal has received 8/15 valid votes;

Hello! Regarding eosio.saving account permissions, a new BP multi-signature proposal is launched. The content is to improve the contract permission settings, increase the eosio.code permission of the eosio.saving account active, and the owner account permissions remain unchanged.
This proposal is a supplementary proposal to DIP48. The approved eosio.saving fund transfer process change proposal changes eosio.saving from an account number to a contract that automatically executes logic. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the execution authority of the account, that is, the eosio.code of eosio.saving Permission, if this permission is not set, it will affect the execution of the claim method of the current eosio.saving contract and report an error, and the corresponding EOS cannot be transferred to the eosio.grants account.
To sum up, the new supplementary proposal is to implement the content of the passed DIP48 proposal, so bp.defi voted to approve the proposal. At present, the new supplementary proposal has been implemented and passed.
