Hello! According to the previous BP governance statement ([link](https://support.defibox.io/hc/en-us/articles/8695337374109-Explanation-on-Defibox-officially-becoming-a-top-BP)), the multi-sig for EVM smart contract account is set as the following:

**MSIG to approve CEX whitelist (EOS EVM)；**

Add withdraw addresses to EOS EVM whitelist for the following exchanges:\

Note: Exchanges without a smart contract deployed on their deposit account do not need whitelisting.
