LP Tokens Questions 2
1. Q: I transfer LP Tokens to other account, can I still get the rewards?
A: LP Tokens are the proof of your assets. If you transfer them to other account, your earning right will also be transferred. Please operate with caution.
2. Q: Let BOX communicate more with the project team. The new mining methods of these projects are not innovative, why should you stake real LP? Either launch the real LP gameplay, or let them do the projecting.
A: The project party will choose to use the stake or projecting method according to its own project design. We will provide technical advice with the project party.
3. Q: How do we distinguish which is the credential and which is the mapping
A: For example, for lending, it must be staked (the project party will usually explain it, and if LP Tokens are moved, there will be obvious stake actions)
4. Q: Stake LP Tokens to others might result a loss for my assets? After staking, others can withdraw my market-making tokens?
A: The stake is the market-making asset certificate (LP Tokens), which refers to the stake of the asset rights and interests in the third-party project to obtain the benefits provided by the third-party. For example, lending, stakes are exchanged for a certain amount of token. The leverage effect can be achieved within a safe range without liquidation. When staking, there will be agreements with third-party projects, such as the liquidation ratio, or default conditions. If these conditions in agreements occur, your LP Tokens will be auctioned to others after default, and you will lose the corresponding assets.
5. Q: Can I transfer my market making certificate to others? Then I collect the market making proceeds myself.
A: LP Tokens represent your market-making share in the liquidity pool, and are also the only proof to retrieve market-making assets. After the market-making certificate is transferred, the right to retrieve the corresponding market-making assets and the right to receive the subsequent market-making mining rewards will also be transferred. Please keep your market-making certificate carefully.
